Matte Over-lamination

Glossy over-lamination

Comparison between matte and glossy over laminates

MATTE LAMINATION:

Minimal reflection but significant loss of "contrast" and apparent decrease in color saturation.

SEMI-MATTE LAMINATION (SATIN):

Low reflection with slight loss of "contrast" - Good balance of color and density of blacks in adequate lighting conditions.

BRIGHT LAMINATION:

Reflections should be controlled with appropriate lighting. A high contrast and colors are maintained with the ideal saturation in photographic papers.
